Annual subscriptions and renewal

A paid annual license runs for 12 months from activation in the Console. If it is renewed early, the next 12-month term starts from its existing expiry date. There is no grace period.

Automatic billing and customer self-service renewal are not enabled yet. For a renewal, contact your PortGuard account administrator before the expiry date; the administrator can issue a renewal code for the same Console. The Pricing page shows the annual seat tiers. During team validation, checkout uses the selected tier amount but does not collect real funds; delivery-validation codes cannot activate a Console.

Singapore GST will only be charged when PortGuard is legally required and registered to collect it. If GST applies to a future commercial checkout, the amount will be shown before payment.

Console and Agent have independent installers and version numbers. Each manual lists its own supported platforms and download availability.
